My favorite way to control depression.

The only way to control depression is if you stop minding what people think about you. Stop worrying about feeling embarrassed. Feelings of embarrassment is a part of life. If you keep holding on to that feeling, you'll be depressed forever. Just let go of all the worry and live shameless no matter what you're going through.

Depression is a serious issue and it can affect your entire way of life. If you're suffering from mental health problems, seek a professional because your life is far more important than giving up.

Here's what we have to say about Depression:

Depression can ruin you. Depression can kill you. Especially if you let it consume your mind. So how do I control depression when its destroying my whole life? How do I fight it, because as a human I want to learn how to control depression. Well, you have to learn how to block out the things that's bringing you down in life. The wise understand how to control this. You are not alone. Before you were born, a person was battling the same battle you're battling right now with depression. Everyone has something similar they are fighting against in their own mind and in their own life. But the ultimate question is, how do I stop being depressed? How come everything I see makes me depressed? Well that's because you let it depress you and you think about it too much. Shake the shackles of depression. Destroy the chain and let the broken shackles set you free.

It's important to have emotions as a human, but its more important to control these emotions with the power of thought and free will. You can easily deter your mind to another subject if something suddenly makes you depressed. But wait, what if this depression is consuming you so much that everything you see and hear is effecting you in the same way? Whether you listen to music or watch tv, or take a stroll down the sidewalk, there's always something that catches your attention and brings you down and makes you sad and depressed because you think everything is about you. Well guess what, it is about you. This whole world is about you. Einstein was the first to say it, that everything is relative. You think you have it bad? You're not the only person on this earth. There's billions more that have the same depression, the same understanding that you have when you see the things that makes you depressed.

It's scary honestly. How everything is connected. Something can happen to you, then you hear a song and feel like that song was made for you. Or you turn on the TV and hear the craziest things and think, what in the world? Or you can go shopping and hear the words that people say and it makes you feel like the whole world is in your head, including the TV and every song on this planet, and it can make you scared. Especially if you're going through something and then you hear a couple of words from some random person that may appear relevant to you and you think to yourself, what the hell? It just feels like everyone is in your head messing with you. It feels like you can't get away from this crap and it's consuming you like a cancer, breaking you and making you crack to the point where you want to give up with life. To the point where you want to die because you can't handle the world and all this unnecessary non sense.

You might ask yourself, why is the world messing with me. How come everything I hear makes me want to cry? Why am I so scared? I don't even want to watch TV because I feel like that scares me too. It doesn't matter where I am, what I hear, or what I see. Even a sign on the road can spark this depression and confusion. I'll tell you what, some will give up and become bums. Others will adapt and become successful and strong minded. But how do they go about this world knowing the same thing you know. They block out the noise. Well not necessarily block, but they don't let it effect them the same way you are letting it effect you. The problem with you is, you let everything consume you. You are so vulnerable that even the TV is crushing your life. So what must you do? You must adapt.

The brain is beautiful during times of adaptation. This is where you make yourself. This is where you become who you were destined to be.  Everyone becomes what they want when they are backed into a corner with this vast knowledge of awareness. But here's the scary part. This is why life is so scary. It's because these same people understand the same thing you do. They understood it first and have more experience, that's why they have so much control over you that it seems like you're in hell and can't escape. Not everyone will understand this information though. Some people won't pick up this knowledge. They will let it kill them. But you're stronger than that. That's why you landed here because the universe is trying to help you. The universe doesn't want you to give up. It wants you to adapt and wants you to figure out just exactly who you want to be. That's why everything is scaring the hell out of you. That's why you're so depressed, because you are not strong right now. You don't have a person to lift you up. A mentor to guide your life and show you the secrets of defense.

If you're feeling depressed don't worry. Everyone goes through this. You're probably young, or could be old. It really doesn't matter. Just understand that the people who are older knew about this information first, that's why they've lasted for so long. They've managed to beat their hell every single time it comes, and boy does it come daily. Hell is daily, but heaven is at your finger tips. If you want heaven in your life, you must adapt. I remember I read this statement somewhere, I cant remember where, but it said something like, " there's 3 types of people in this world. People who make things happen. People who watch things happen and people who don't know what's happening." Which one are you going to be? Beat your hell by blocking your emotion when you hear something that wants to bring you down. Don't let it consume you. Stop over thinking this crap. Block your emotion and feelings to the person giving you hell. Sure let it affect you briefly. If you're going to cry, use it to your advantage. Use that feeling and let it burst you into heaven. There's no better feeling than becoming the person who makes things happen while others are watching it happen. So if you're going to cry in front of the serpent giving you hell, burst those tears. It will be the best release ever. The best weapon ever. Then walk away and you'll find yourself in heaven.

Do not forget that hell is daily and intellectual war will never stop. It's worse than being in a physical fight because its an emotional fight. An emotional fight can kill you and ruin your brain and make you quit life. Do not give up. Try finding peace by deterring your mind through action. Clean your house, mop the floor. Feel every stroke. Sweep the floor. Wash your car. Do something that puts you at focus. Do this physical task everyday to help you cope with depression. Because depression can make you suicidal. And suicidal is where we want to stay away from. Suicidal means you given up. You let the others beat your mind and they didn't even touch you. How could you be so weak minded to where you given up? Well don't give up. Pick up a book and read. Stimulate your mind and pick up knowledge because knowledge can be used as a defense. Knowledge can be used a barrier to protect you, because all you truly have to do is change the subject, or not let it get to you. Don't let things get to you. Be the creator that leads the line. Be the one that learns control and the others who bring this hell will notice you. Not everyone is a bad person. They've just learned how to be defensive, that's why this world is tough. So don't give up. Trust me, your partner and friend is waiting for you. You just have to make yourself known of this knowledge and embrace your self.

It's an intellect that the wise adore and it's only a select few who understand this information. Millions will see this and not understand. But your battle is teaching you everything right before your eyes. That's why you're still here. There is power more powerful than us, so find a way to grasp this knowledge and power and bring it to the world. If you're feeling depressed, go to someone that will make you feel at home. Go to your family and friends and enjoy a moment together. When someone is there for you and loves you, your worries start to disappear because you feel wanted again. This is the only feeling we need to get rid of depression and being sad. The feeling of being wanted. The feeling that someone is there for us.

Love beats depression any day of the week. Just simply ask for a hug.

Here's Our Best Way to Fight Depression: The battle you must learn to conquer

Learn your surroundings. Be aware of everything and every thought you have. Don't let your mind consume you when you're feeling depressed. Use this depression symptom you're having and let it fuel you to live a better life. Let it fuel you to love more, be happy more, and live more. Why let it fuel you to live a better life? Because every one is depressed. You aren't alone. Everyone feels depressed in their lifetime. The difference between everyone is that people know how to deal with it better than others.
So what is the best way to manage your own depression. You have to learn how to not care anymore. You have to learn how to be shameless during any circumstance or situation you are having or are currently in. The best way to go about ignoring depression is not minding what people think about you. Not minding that the world thinks this of you, or that. Say to yourself, "who cares. You know what, I don't care anymore. You want to think this stuff of me then so be it."
Learn to occupy your mind so that you aren't thinking of your depression. You really don't need medication for depression. I think medication is useless. If you have medication for depression and it's helping you, then you should keep taking it. But if you are still feeling depressed even after taking your medication, obviously it's not meant for you. Because depression is something bigger than medication. Its a state of mind and in your mind you can conquer all. All you need to do is change the subject of your thoughts. The way you can do this is by simply living in the physical world. You must actually "do things" that will disrupt your mind from thinking of depression.
Some activities you can do to relieve your symptoms of depression is:
  • read a book
  • go for a walk
  • listen to music
  • paint the interior walls of your house
  • wash your car
  • plant a vegetable garden
  • adopt some pets (rabbits, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, a pig, whatever you feel comfortable with)
  • clean your house
  • watch your favorite movies or TV shows
  • eat wonderful delicious food (my favorite thing to do)
  • enjoy your taste buds
  • take a long shower and clean yourself. (spend lots of time cleaning yourself)
  • care for yourself and love yourself
  • look in the mirror and say I love you
  • call your mom or dad
  • call a friend
  • sunbath and enjoy the sun
  • lay on the grass
  • go outside and breathe deeply
  • pray to God
  • play music
  • write your thoughts down, or record your thoughts by video or audio (release is good)
  • look for nice clothes to wear
  • do you laundry when you feel depressed
My favorite thing to do to manage depression is to read books. I preferably like history books because there's nothing like filling your mind with knowledge of pioneers from the past. Plus it will take your mind away and make your imagination stronger. That's what you need to do. Develop your imagination. When you do this, you'll be able to control your thoughts and your depression will become less and less because now you're starting to understand that depression is unnecessary. You might even ask yourself, why the hell was I depressed in the first place. Why did I care so much. Well, it's not so much about ignoring your feelings because that's what makes us human. Don't ignore your feelings. Just stop dwelling on sadness. If you're depressed, go outside and cry. Let it all out. Look up and start praying. Give as many tears as you want because if you don't your depression will get worse. The best thing to do is release. Cry and yell in your car and let it all out. Don't be afraid of yourself. This is your body telling you that you are growing, or adapting to life. It's okay to have feelings of depression because this is what makes you stronger as an individual.
Just don't ever give up on yourself. You are beautiful and amazing. There's nothing wrong with you. Always remember depression is just a feeling and you can change your feeling any moment.
